*Cancellation / Summer: Up to 14 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge. In case of cancellation in the 14 days before arrival, you will pay an amount of 90% of the total price. 

*Cancellation / Winter: Up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge. In case of cancellation in the 3o days before arrival, you will pay an amount of 90% of the total price.

*We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in case something should come in between and you can not start your holiday!

*If an official entry ban applies, be it in the context of a general lockdown, entry bans, exit bans or border closures can be cancelled free of charge.
